Best way to discount shop for 4 days for registered users?

I'm not sure what the best way to go about this would be and thought perhaps this area might have some knowledgeable in this criteria.

Anyhow, I would like to know the best way to discount shop for 4 days for registered users. However, I do have the sidebox newsletter module install and I would also like these 'email only' registered users to have this option.

Basically, anyone who has a email account registered I would like to offer them a discount to our website for 4 days.

Create a new discount coupon with your validity dates and restrictions and send the discount coupon code to you customers.

When you say "registered users" do you mean newsletter subscribers? Because you have to register in order to make a purchase, but perhaps you're looking for a different filter.

IN regrds to my current discount I;m all set with documentation to launch that today so I will be going ahead with this one.

I'm to send this discount to all newsletter subsribers. Regardsless if they are a registered user or only registered for newsletters.

But I will be using your suggested mod for sure in the future.
