Doesnt not exist..

Hello when i try install it says this:

* /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist more info...
* /includes/configure.php file does not exist more info...

I looked in the folder i downloaded and it doesn't seem to be there :O

What can i do? Can somone upload the to www. u p p i t .com for me and tell me the link?

Rofl my bad :D. Now i have a problem making a database!

im up to the database part

and i get this error

You need to report that to your hosting company so they can fix whatever is wrong with the database.
