Linkpoint error: SGS-002301: Charge total must be the sum of subtotal...
First my environment:
- zencart version 1.38a patch 1, database patch level 1.3.8
- php version 4.4.9
- mysql 5.0.81
- http server apache
- server os Linux 2.6.28.8
No upgrades recently
Started using Linkpoint on 12/8/09. Processed 10 orders succussfully. Then started noticing people were getting denied on 12/12. I set linkpoint debug option on (log and email). Now my customers are getting denied sporadically. I'm getting emails with these errors starting on 12/14/09. I've copied the full text from the error email, with personal data x'd out.
I have applied the patch suggested in the forum posting: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=563490#post563490
The patch actually worked for an error I was working on last night. Now I have another error with the text below.
Please respond with any help regarding these two questions:
1- I am concerned this gateway interface is buggy and am wondering if I should switch to Authorize.net. Is that gateway interface more stable?
2- Is there a later API patch then the one provided in the post above?
You may notice an array element in the error text below like this: [description] => Adjustments:. This is a custom OT Order module I added. I do not believe this is causing the error. The Adjustments section is always zero. We use this later, after the purchase is completed. Any help is appreciated.
