Please help with product column layout problem

Hello guys,

I hope someone can help me!

I use ZenCart v 1.3.8a, the Classic template

I downloaded the add on column_layout_grid_for_product_listing_1-3-8.

I unzipped the file, and following the instructions, uploaded the file :

product_listing.php in : includes/modules/classic

and replaced the file: tpl_modules_product_listing.php in : includes/templates/default/templates

After that, I ran the proper SQL patch

I see the options to change the product layout in admin/product listing

However, when I change the layout to columns, my products still display in a single row, but they are centered on the page

What could have possibly gone wrong? Could anybody give me some tips?
