Change browser bar location??????

Can someone tell me where/what to change so that when someone comes to the site it says the site name, not "Zen cart! ecommerce blah blah"......

\includes\templates\languages\english\YOURTEMPLATE\meta_tags.php.

Change the TITLE and SITE_TAGLINE.
