Pictures not uploading

I cannot upload pictures for my prooducts! It gives me this error:
Error: File upload not saved

The same is true for banners. In that case, I am able to place the pictures on the sever with dreamweaver and tehn relink the location to the banner. Obviously that is not optimal.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Adam,

Common problems just to tick off are:

Your IMAGES folder where the images/banners are to be uploaded does not have the correct chmod (777) allowing files to be written to that folder
The image you are trying to upload are far too large and its timing out (try a very small image as a test)
