CC CVV number not showing up

I have version Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

In the older version I had the credit cards middle number separately emailed to me.
The rest I could get from logging into admin and look up the order.

In this current version everything works the same
EXCEPT
Im not finding the credit card cvv number anywhere!
There IS a place during checkout where the customer enters it (ive done a test order to make sure this is the way it is set up) but I cant figure out where zencart is storing that 3 digit number.

Its not in admin.
Im not getting it in a separate email.

I need to get this resolved as it could be annoying to the customer if I have to email them or call to get this information when they had already entered it in.

I have read through many many zencart threads here but cannot find a fix.

Can anyone help?

what are your settings for:

admin->modules->payment->offline credit card->Collect & store the CVV number?

My settings are:

Credit Card Test Info:

Expiration: Any

Enable Credit Card Module
True

Split Credit Card E-Mail Address
(my email address here)

Payment Zone
--none--

Set Order Status
Processing [2]

Sort order of display.
0

Collect & store the CVV number
True

Is this right?

that looks correct, i just re-read your post and saw that the customers are in fact being asked for the code, so the setting wasn't the problem.

afraid i wouldn't know where to look next, hopefully someone with some more insight will step in here..

I find it funny that no one can tell me why Im not receiving that information.
The only thing I can think of is for some reason that particular email is being blocked as possible spam...
howeverI keep checking my spam folder and nothing is in there regarding this issue.

Im at a loss on what to check next.
