Shopping cart in Header

Hi there!
I just saw this website http://www.playnippon.com/ and I saw that they have the shopping cart in the header! It seems an interesting is it possible to do so in my website ( www.alepia.ch)? Or to put log in and language selection in the same position?

You might try Shoppingcart/Freeship in Header - still not available in Free Addons, so the zip is attached to the support thread for now.
