Finnish payment module, postiennakko

I'm using Finnish shipping (only postipaketti 16) and payment modules (only postiennakko) and having a problem. Postiennakko module is visible in my site, but it doesn´t work perfectly. It doesn't add extra pay, it only adds usual delivery fee. In Admin panel postiennakko is true, but the icon is orange. In admin is said that I have to "activate postiennakko order_total module" if I want to (in Finnish: "Muista aktivoida postiennakko order_total moduli periäksesi asiakkaalta postiennakkomaksun!"). What does that mean? How can I activate this order_total module?
