Register and Win a prize in zen cart, possible?

Is it possible to have a page with a registration form to win a prize, maybe a registration to the newsletter.
Is it possible?
I wanted to put it on my website ( https://www.alepia.ch ) so people will register to my newsletter and they may be chosen to win our prizes once every month

Thank you for the help !
