SQL Script help

I am a Zen cart SQL PHP Dummy and need HELP. I am installing a new addon which has an SQL SCRIPT that needs to be run. How the heck do I run an SQL script ???:dontgetit

Logon to your admin. Browse to /tools/installSQL_patches, then either past the SQL script into the input box, OR browse to the script with from the 'upload file' bar.
