Installed but says missing files

Just installed the store to the server, but i can't access the admin nor does the store show up:

Admin access:
Warning: main(/frigga/home/users/web/b575/user/domain/store/includes/autoload_func.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \frigga\home\users\web\b575\user\domain\store\admin\includes\application_top.php on line 130

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/frigga/home/users/web/b575/user/domain/store/includes/autoload_func.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\4\pear') in \frigga\home\users\web\b575\user\domain\store\admin\includes\application_top.php on line 130

I've checked and the files are all there.

Re: Installed but says missing files

Unzipped the file.
Uploaded through FTP

accesses install from the web.

And here are the caps from the ftp:

includes folder:

admin/includes folder:

As you can see the files are there.

Re: Installed but says missing files

Try uploading includes/autoload_func.php again. Something may have gotten damaged in the upload.

Re: Installed but says missing files

It's been corrupted somehow.

Download the entire zencart software zip file, unpack it, and use the fresh files to upload to your server.

DeeLite:

i've uploaded it 10 times now.
That apparently is not working

Delete the file on the server first - then re-FTP a new copy

Re: Installed but says missing files

It's possible that you have not configured your FTP client to cater for BINARY and/or ASCII file transmission.

Some files need to be FTP'd in BINARY mode, others in ASCII mode.

There may be an "AUTO" setting in Filezilla (I don't know because I use WS-ftp-PRO) that will automatically recognise the file type and apply either BINARY or ASCII mode when transmitting.

Yes, Filezilla has an auto setting.

In filezilla, check the server type dropdown - one of the methods will work depending upon how/what you have
Ask your host what port you can use for SFTP and that goes in "port"
22 is normal but may be disabled for security

Re: Installed but says missing files

port 21 is the one my server has advised since installing the SSL certificate.

One other question, once I'm logged into admin with SSL (which is enabled through my config files) shouldn't ever page I utilise from there on be a SSL secure connection (ie with the padlock ont the address bar)?

Port 21 is the standard non-secure port

Only the sensitive login function
After that what needs securing?

Re: Installed but says missing files

filezilla.

did a clean install. all sorted.

Filezilla, has been a little unreliable in getting the right things in the right spots. probably because I have bad reception here. I'll just have to be really carefull when transferring lg amounts of data

Are you not connected by hard wire?

Only perform major/critical FTP over hard wire - - not via wireless
