Fresh Install - says files are missing, blank index.php etc

Admin page, I have this error:

I've checked and the files are all there. I've re-uploaded them several times (all the files)

Just to add : I also did the php5.3 patch.

Then it must be a problem with the file and folder permissions folders should be 755 and files 644

It the path to the file correct? Check your configure.php files as well.

Are you sure the path are correct? It looks like you run zencart on windows since it uses backslashes but there is no drive name such as c:\home\users\web\b575\user\domain\store\admin\includes\application_top.php

Can you post the content of the configure.php file? Especially the top part with the folder definitions. And the full path from your explorer where the files are installed.
