Multi-product discount and/or referral code

I have a client that only sells two products (currently).

  1. We want to setup ZC to allow a $20.00 discount if BOTH items are added to cart.
  2. We want to setup ZC to allow $20.00 discount if a referral code is entered.
  3. We do NOT want both discounts to take place, but we want to still track the referral code even if both items are purchased, because that will be paid out in a commission.
  4. We want to allow the signup code (we kinda have that setup I think) to become the referral code?

Please help!
