Request for Feedback on Items Purchased

Does anybody know if there is a mod around for sending out an automated "Request for Feedback on Items Purchased"?

I see this with big sites, they send you an email for giving feedback on your purchase. Also more and more common and important for SEO purpose is the product review feature.

This is a two tiered thing I am looking for:

1. Automatically sending out an email, after a specified time, asking you for feedback on your purchase.
2. A product specific feedback thread below the products page, best would be captcha protected.

Looked at Testimonial Mod and still need to look closer at the product review standard features.

Any thoughts on this subject anyone?

My only thought would be as your customer, I'd rather see a link in the order confirmation email to submit a review, or some kind of opt-in for what you have in mind, maybe as part of a newsletter subscription.

Emails from online companies I have done business with that have nothing to do with my order, and that I haven't approved beforehand are annoying (and that includes "Merry Christmas' messages).
