MySQL 1062 : Duplicate entry ‘zc_xxxxxxx’ for key 1

I now this was listed as a fixed bug in a recent update, but I still get this error:

MySQL 1062 : Duplicate entry ‘zc_01816214277b5bb819a08194522eb8b9’ for key 1

I am on 1.3.8, so that should be fine. But I still get it. I know I could change 'insert' to 'replace' on cache.php but that seems like a hack.

Any advice?

I've searched on **MySQL 1062 **and it seems there are a lot of hits so might be worth posting where you think it was fixed and under what circumstances. Of course if this is so obvious to not need that then please ignore me :)
