Attributes for custom product type

Hello all!

I'm creating new product type for ordering photo products solution. It may be printed canvas, photo in the frame, t-thirt with printed label and etc... I.e. where customers should upload theirs images to order product.
And I noticed that the products with different attributes shows in the cart as different items. It is what I need - a product with different images should be the different items in the cart.
Is there a way to automatically add Image File Name attribute to each product for my product type?

Well, as I said before, I'm creating new product type, for products, where customer need to upload images with the order. For example, for printing photos, similar to http://demo.aurigma.com/ImageUploader6/PhotoOrder/default.aspx. And I need to save the name of uploaded file in the product attribute. So every product with this product type should have this attribute.
The question is how to add this attribute automatically when product for my product type created.
