Catagory description page is blank

Hi all,
I've added ZenCart to my site and have just started adding products.
The problem that I am having is that when a catagory or subcatagory is empty, everything is fine and the catagory/subcatagory description page says that there is no product in the catagory.
When I add a product though, the catagory or subcatagory discription page disappears.
You can click on the new products listing and the product shows up, no problem, just not when you click through the products listing tree.

When you have 1 Product in a Category, by default, the Skip Product Listing is turned on for Categories with only 1 Product and you go to the product _info page ...

Configuration ... Layout Settings ...

Skip 1-prod Categories
Skip single-product categories
If this option is set to True, then if the customer clicks on a link to a category which only contains a single item, then Zen Cart will take them directly to that product-page, rather than present them with another link to click in order to see the product.
Default: True

Add another Product to the Category and you will then see the Product Listing and the Category Description ...
