Moving header contents to bottom of page

Hello,

I'm trying to move some of the header contents to the bottom of the page. First off, here is a link to the site in question:

http://nylanoor.com/site/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=115

Next, I want to move the navigation links and logo to the bottom of the page with the logo aligned to the bottom left and the navigation links beside it.

Also, I'd like to remove the search function and currency selector from the page--but I'll look for answers on these in the forums--just figured I'd ask.

Thanks,
--Brent B.

Re: Moving header contents to bottom of page

You need to talk to the folks you got the original template from.

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Re: Moving header contents to bottom of page

In a standard Zen Cart installation, you would move the nav and logo code (clearly identified by comments in the file) from /includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_header.php to /includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_footer.php. Template Monster does many things differently for no good reason, making it hard for us to give good answers.

To hide the search box and currency selector, add to your stylesheet:

.header_t .row1 .col2 .r1, .header_t .row1 .col2 .r3 {display: none;}

Also, your page images are gigantic and take forever to load - you need to optimize them soon or people won't stick around to see what your problems are. Two images at 5.8 meg each (about a hundred times as big in file size as you need to display even those huge screen sizes).

Sorry about that; I've updated the product page to be faster to load.
