Pending and stops

I have 1.3.8 installed, ports open, pem installed, API correct.

I'm using paypal standard for now and have the ipn set properly.

When I buy a $.99 product with a real credit card I get the full Thank you for shopping etc and all looks right, but then it just sits at pending and nothing goes through to the paypal account.

It looks like you have the Offline Credit Card module activated. That will just send you the CC info and you need to enter it into your existing merchant account process.
