How can i change the browser heading?

Hi,

How can i change the browser heading? Check the attachment.

Every browser chow the site name on 2 place. one in URl and another on the TOP Left corner (Firefox).

every time its coming as "Zen cart, The art of E commerce" but i want change this to my site name.
