Few simple questions to customize the site.

Hello there, I am setting my zencart for the first time and i am stuck with few things. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with

  1. how to change the default date format to UK - 29/12/2009 ?

  2. how to change the default weight unit to Kilograms ?

  3. How to change the shipping option text Per Item (Best Way) to Standard First Class ?

  4. how to add simple key words at the bottom of the page? (may be in footer) - something like Major Manufactures and Brand names without any hyperlinks.
