Username and password for shipping generator google checkout

When I try to access http://ww w.YOURSITE.COM/googlecheckout/shipping_generator/ I get prompted for a username and password. What should I enter? Also I and running the uri seo by ceon any exclusions I should do to have GCO work correctly?
