A very simple question

hi, As after I have installed Zen cart in my host, there are text on main page like "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.
Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? and so on"

I can change some of the texts in "define page editors", but how do i change the congratulation part. is it by using override tools or there is a simpler way.

For my other website the "congratulations!.. " text is simply dissapper after some time..... so I just wondering is there a quick way to fix this text up.

I have 3 website, the congratulation text in one of my website is just dissappeared after some days I don't even know when it occurred. But it just dissappeared. For my other two website the text are still there. Anyway thanks for your help.
