HELP! flat rate module issue

Help please! :)

When choosing the flat rate module my checkout will not proceed past this section, I have SSL setup in the checkout area only, was working fine until I did my last backup a few days ago, the backup didnt seem to work right, I do it through PhPadmin, backup as a sql file, was only 1.5mb when its usually 3-4mb.

Any ideas? I dont want to lose all the current customer entries and sales, I have tried to reload the shipping files and edit them, delete the flat rate unit and reload, but it wont let me. When in the shipping window of zencart admin if you click on flat rate the little blue arrow does NOT come up where the "info" symbol is, it does on all other shipping choices.

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

Ok got the files back in order and checkout still working, but cannot go past the window for selecting flat rate option, and in admin, when I try to delete the flat rate option or edit it, it wont delete, and the little blue arrow still wont show up in place of the I symbol.

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

Cant someone help with this issue??? I dont know what to do, flat rate shipping method has caused the chekout to stop working properly.

Backing up the database seems to be faulty so I dont want to risk reloading the cart software and have to start all over again, it was hard enough working out how to add the Aust Post module and get it running properly!

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

When I try to delete the flat rate shipping method, install button comes up straight away, click install and I get error codes:

Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/extremer/public_html/estore/admin/modules.php on line 278

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/extremer/public_html/estore/admin/modules.php on line 279

I have tried reloading the files in the shipping module section, language section, then re-editing the names to suit my application, nothing changes...

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

When you go to the Modules ... Shipping ...

What do you see listed on the page for the available Shipping Modules?

Underneath the list, do you see the:
Module Directory:

line with the path listed?

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

At the bottom of the list is what appears to be the correct command line:
Module Directory: public_html/estore/includes/modules/shipping/

The modules listed are as the come in zencart, bar the added aussie post module and the renamed flat rate module.

TNT Courier
Free Shipping
FREE SHIPPING!
Per Item
Aussie Post
Per Unit
Store Pickup
Table Rate
United Parcel
United States Postal Service
Zone Rates

If I click on the first line (TNT) the little arrow does not show up in the action column, it stays as the i inside the circle. Every other option the little right arrow will replace the "i".

Re: HELP! flat rate module issue

When you renamed the Flat Rate flat shipping module, did you change anything besides the language file? As in did you change anything in the code?
