Category Sidebox

I am using the latest version of Zen Cart. In my categories sidebox there are 4 links that I need to remove. The links are at the bottom of the sidebox and have a space between them and the categories. How do I remove these links? I have looked in the tpl_categories and cannot figure it out. Also in the admin section these items do not show up to be turned off.

Those are all turnoffable in Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings
