I'm in a bit of a dilemma and need to know if there is a 100% functional Joomla integration available for Zen Cart as of right now. Not one in progress, one that works without any hitches..

There is not anything freely available for that in the Free Addons area.
Anything that might exist for that, if it exists, would be hosted someplace else, and is unlikely to be free.

I don't care about free. I don't have any issue paying as long as it works. I found a few so far. One called Cartage and another called JZen Any experience with these?

The Zen Cart forums don't generally host discussions about non-free commercial addons, so you'll not likely find any discussion here about "experience" with those or other commercial offerings.
