How can I have a custom cursor and favicon?

Im playing with the stylesheet to use a custom cursor and favicon, but i get nowhere. Check out http://www.ultragraphicsonline.com . This my the general website, then the onlinestore link is zencart. You'll notice a "fire" cursor on my basic website, but when you click into the store, it's not there. Neither is the favicon in the address bar. I've look all around for a tut or forum and nothing. Any tips??? Also, please feedback on the design of the site. Thanks . . . . .

As for the css part, simply add your custom css to the stylesheet of your active template.
Granted, I've seldom seen any custom cursors that were anything less than annoying. But that's just my observation.

And I don't see the custom cursor even on your main site, nor can I recall ever seeing one anywhere. Perhaps Firefox doesn't support them?
