Add Blank Qty Discounts: is not working

The button doesn't have Add 5 Blank Qty Discounts: it only shows Add Blank Qty Discounts: (without the 5).
when I click it to add nothing happens.

I have version 1.38a zen cart

Can anyone see what the problem is?

Product Discount Quantities - Add how many blank discounts?
How many blank discount quantities should be added for Product Pricing?

the default value is 5, what do you have set? :unsure:

Can you help me please.
I'm using 1.39h and when I go to Product Price Manager, I can never get more than one discount to be added.

I have been to layout settings and changed the value in there but still only get one row created on screen.

If I then add in a discount and update, it does store that value, but as soon as I try to add more discount levels it deletes the one I have and then creates a new blank one, Now I can see that not many people are shouting about this so I accept it must be something stupid that I am doing - but I don't know what.

It was a clean install I think - I've tried it using the the original classic green template and get the same issue

I also have another site with is causing me exactly the same problems

Find your Product and hit the $ for the Product Price Manager ...

Click the EDIT button ...

Click the Add 5 Blank Discount Qty button ...

Click the Discount Type: and select Percentage

Click the Discount Priced from: and pick Specials ...

Enter the Quantity and Percentage ...

Continue to enter the Quantity and Percentages until done ...

Click the UPDATE button to save changes ...

Do you now have Quantity Discounts listed?

NOTE: if you leave the Quantity 0, it will disappear when you hit UPDATE ...

Done everything - exactly as you said

First, I do not get more than one row to show - although the button ays add 5 discounts, I only get one row displayed - is this normal behaviour, or should it, as I expect show 5 rows

When I click update, the row does indeed build and if I look at the item in the main store, I can see the discount set up correctly

However if I run through the process again - it wipes out the first discount I added, even though it has a positive quantity.

I have checked in the database and the product_discount_quantity table is only showing one row being added

I just can't see what I am doing wrong.

See what that is set to ... the default is 5 ...

tried every value from 1 to 10 - it seems to make no difference, I still only get one row

FROM `configuration`
WHERE `configuration_key` = 'DISCOUNT_QTY_ADD'

what comes up on the configuration_value and do you only see 1 record?

Yes there is only one record and the value is 5 (I changed it back after I sent the screenshot)

Based on the missing defines on that screen shot, I'd say you are missing files in the /admin on the server ...

You need to check that all of your files are installed from v1.3.9h ...

FOUND IT!

You were quite right - the products_price_manager.php file was different than the one I just downloaded - Got the original load from my ISP - had same load date as all of the other files but it was obviously a duff one
