Did exactly as Zencart tutorials state.

Changed index.php in folder languages/english/index.php

The original index.php had the Heading Title that was changed and saved and uploaded to the languages/english/ directory.

NO CHANGE IS DISPLAYED ON THE MAIN PAGE

WHY? Why is it not using the index.php that was changed to display our new text???

Is there an /includes/languages/english/your_template/index.php file?
That is where you should be saving your changes, and if there is one, it will override /includes/languages/english/index.php.

NO There is within your_templete folder after english

only classic or html_includes or images or modules

CAN YOU RECOMMEND A SHOPPING CART THAT DOES NOT NEED ANY FTP OR CHANGES .php and only uses GUI???

ZENCART IS TOO SPLIT BETWEEN GUI CONTROL AND CHANGES TO .php via ftp.

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE ABOVE PROBLEM WITH CHANGING "CONGRATULATIONS! ..." OR A BETTER SHOPPING CART, PLEASE PLEASE LET US KNOW!!!

Any shopping cart program that does not require any PHP file changes or FTP use is going to be strictly limited to what its developers thought average users might want. If you have any requirement outside that, you will be out of luck.
