PayPal Express "description" not very useful?

[1.3.8a]

I tested PayPal Express on my development site (using my sandbox account) and that went fine. I never paid much attention to the resulting "description" on the user's PayPal email receipt. So I've turned on PayPal Express on the live site using our actual merchant bank account.

Now I realized that the user's PayPal email receipt description is blank?

Is it supposed to be blank?

I'm not sure what you're referring to.
What were you expecting it to say?

What were you expecting it to say?In the receipt, the description field is completely blank.. ..I would expect it to have something resembling a summarized cart; such as with the itemized products I modified the authorize.net description to include ;-)
