How to setup zipcode search for manufacturers?

Hello, I'm trying to use Zen Cart as a multi restaurant ordering system. Basically I want people to enter their zip code and select the type of meal they want and out comes a list of restaurants that deliver meals in their neighborhood. Clicking a restaurant shows the products they offer and then people can start ordering.

Can you help me accomplish the following:

Add a search field to advanced search for entering zip codes
Add a field with a range of zip codes to the manufacturer information
Make a zip code and category search output a list of manufacturers instead of a list of products.

Put the zip codes in the meta tags area and the manufacturers should show up when a search is done for that particular zip code.
