Internation customers can not check out

Jack installed an update for me... http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=144992 and I thought this would solve the issue, but I am still not getting international orders in.. This is email I got from my last customer...

*I'm having trouble getting past Step 1 in the process at the moment.

There seems to be a problem with the Zip Code (what we call a Post Code in the UK). The message is:
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

Will keep trying.
Thanks
DP*

I don't know what to do, I don't have a webmaster at this time tho I am looking for one, but I am losing an aweful lot of business... and going grey.. ;-) oh, never mind, I was already grey...

It is only international orders that I think I am not getting.. I think.. I think...

Re: Internation customers can not check out

Check that you have the current one as one was released yesterday, and do ask Jack if he remembered to do the steps of:

1 Save existing settings

2 REMOVE existing USPS

3 FTP new USPS

4 INSTALL new USPS

5 Reconfigure new USPS

The current version id is:

  • @version $Id: usps.php 15202 2010-01-09 21:31:35Z ajeh $

you can check this with the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
usps.php

and select Catalog and click Search ...

NOTE: the version check only ensures the version, but not that the other steps were completed for the Save, Remove, Install and Reconfigure ...

Could you check post #26 and make sure that you have the January 2, 2011 C version of usps.php installed ...

Re: Internation customers can not check out

Actually, I had Jan 4, 2011 installed as per instruction.

So, this is incorrect?
