Easier sing up multi language checkbox

I need to display the chekbox (I'm 18+) instead of writing the date ( 18/02/79 ).

It should support multi language.

Is there some good addon's that make the sing up process easier and more preatty?

Many thank's!

I love internet and the power of information... Best Wishes!!
