Logo header not showing in FireFox

I hope someone can find a solution for me because I can't figure it out but I cannot view my logo header in Firefox, only on Internet Explorer.

Up until about a week ago you could view it fine on both browsers. I have asked quite a few people I know to check for me and while some could see it in IE others couldn't see it in either?

The only thing I can think that I have done was that I changed the logo header to a different image a few days before but up until then even the new image was working fine.

I did change back to the original image to test but still had the same problem.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be.

Thanks
Anna

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

I have also just realised that when trying to view it on my laptop I can't see it in IE. My laptop is running IE8 and Windows 7 Professional.

My PC (where I CAN see it in IE) is running Windows XP and IE7.

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

You might try removing the spaces from the image file name.

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

Thanks, that worked.

But....a couple of hours later now, and I'm getting HTTP 404 not found and have no idea why. Can still access my admin and cpanel no problems but just not the site anymore.

Any idea what is causing this problem now?

Thanks
Anna

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

Nothing to do with the image, I don't think. A 404 is pretty specific - the file the browser is looking for doesn't exist where it's looking. Is the index.php file still in your root? Also, check the error logs from CPanel for a possible clue.

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

Hi, thanks for replying. I really do appreciate it.

I've had my web host guy check things out for me to rule out any server issues and according to him after testing both PHP and HTML they are both working fine and definately looks to be a zencart issue.

Is the index.php file still in your root?

The following is the result of a search I did of "index.php" from the file manager (not sure which one is the actual root file though?):

/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/includes/modules/specials_index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/includes/languages/english/index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/cache/index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/admin/index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/admin/includes/languages/english/index.php
/.installatron/backups/3f2Smk_files/admin/backups/index.php
/public_html/index.php
/public_html/XXXXXXXXXX/index.php
/public_html/XXXXXXXXXX/includes/languages/english/index.php
/public_html/XXXXXXXXXX/backups/index.php
/public_html/includes/languages/english/index.php
/public_html/includes/languages/classic/modules/specials_index.php
/public_html/cache/index.php

***Also, check the error logs from CPanel for a possible clue. ***

I've had a look at that as well but they really don't mean much to me, all 300 of the logs are from today and basically say error, file does not exist etc. eg:

I'm doing a search on the forums here to see if I can come up with anything but if you have any idea in the meantime of what I can do to fix things I would appreciate the help.

Cheers from Sydney!

Re: Logo header not showing in FireFox

I'm seeing a lot of admins in the file paths there - if you haven't renamed your admin folder after your Zen Cart install - do it immediately!!!!

I also just checked your links and nothing came up.

After looking at computer code for a while - I think I'm going crazy but the voice in my head assures me that I'm not! http://www.jecphotography.com/mystore
