"Free Shipping Options" AFFECTED "Cash on Delivery"

hI THERE,

i'm running my zc site since year or so

It goes ok
until last week, I was accepting paypal, bank and cash on delivery ( 3$ commission )

Everything worked OK for monhts

Now I included the january promotion, free delivery on orders of 80$ or more

I setted that with modules/shipping/free shipping options

That works ok

The problem is that now, all orders ( more than 80 and less than 80 ) , don't add the 3$ commission if the user select that payment method

¿why?

Am i doing something wrong

?

I use just 1 zone, 1 country, 1 language, 1 currency, etc

all normal shipments costs 8 ( nomatter weigth or size )

If I disable "Free Shipping Options" everything goes back and works ok again

please help
