UK Address hidden in Address Book, invoices and Paypal.

My site has been upgraded to the latest version and I only noticed recently that when a UK customer opened an account and checked out via Paypal that her address would not show at all. I went to the Customer area and was able to see that she had indeed put her address in the cart in order for her to checkout but for some reason when you click on her order to edit, you can't see her name and shipping or billing address. ??

So I llogged into Paypal to see if maybe her info would be there and it showed her as being unverified because her address was not transferred over in the transaction.

I then decided to make an account for myself and just keep adding addresses to see if it affected other countries...and No. I tried France, Australia, Italy and the states and they all showed up like they should but the second I change the address and go to the drop down menu and click "UK", it hides the info but saves the spot as if it was actually there.

Does anyone know why this would only affect one country in my cart? :-(

Should I reinstall the countries list? Do you think that would do it?

I still need help with this issue. A new order came in today from the UK and again the info was not passed onto the invoice, packing slip nor Paypal. So the customer isn't charged shipping since an address isn't present and I don't get Seller Protection from Paypal because the address is not present since it was not transferred.
