Remove 'Add to cart' and 'Buy Now' option

On my website https://www.ww1records.co.uk I have a section which shows affiliate linked books from Amazon however the category is still showing the 'Buy Now' and 'Add to Cart' links which I no longer need on tehse products as the actual orering is done vi aamaxon.

How do I remove these links for these products only ?

The only way I know to do that is to place those products in the Document - General product type, where you can turn off the Add to Cart.
