add to cart problem

What do I need to change Where to get this fixed?

Looks like your template's designer believes in the idea that the add button should be right up top and accessible.

You can change the display order of the product info page elements by moving clearly-marked code blocks around in /includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php.
