Main page opens with category

Hello. I'm having some more trouble here.... (it's rare that I say that about zen cart... it's very easy to administrate and customize however... I need some help..

I am starting a site for a client that will only have 1 category to start with and he has decided that he would like the main page (index) if you will, to open with his one and only category. With products listed imediatly on the home page. however the main page opens with category setting is not opening with the category ID I have provided. The idea is we would like to have about 10 products on the first page and a page 2 and 3 and so on ... so basicly I guess opening the home in a category view is what is desired.

Any help is appriciated

You need to set
Categories - Always Show on Main Page
as well as
Main Page - Opens with Category
