Email scheduler for newsletters?

Is there a mod that sends newsletters to blocks of say 150 subscribers per hour?

To explain further:

I have a customer base of over 500 in one shop. Around 340 are newsletter subscribers. If I send a newsletter to all 340 subscribers, then my hosting company only lets 200 emails out to subscribers and bounces the remaining 140. Reason is that they try to prevent spam - and rightfully so.

The Free Software Add Ons part of the site does not seem to offer a solution.

I know of freeware that does just that - sending a block of say 100-150 in one hour, then waits for another hour and sends the next block. But none of these mailers seem to easily integrate with ZC.

Any hints how this can be accomplished?

JMO - Hosts limit this because What you pay for is to operate a shop.

Newsletters ans such are "Advertising" and you as the operator should be treating them as such.

If this was a standard hard copy mail advertising campaign the postage alone would be on the order of 10-20 cents per item -
This is your advertising expense - If it is not worth the cost - Then it is SPAM

BTW I am fully aware of advertising expenses etc etc and don't mind paying for just that.
