How to Bounce a Guest Shopping Cart?

Greetings,

It appears someone has loaded a huge Guest Shopping cart in my system and is loading every product we have into it. They have been online for 10 hours now.

How can I bounce this or shut it down ?

Look at your Admin> tools> Who's Online - from there you should see a user agent and IP - if it is a bot or spider you can add it to the spiders list - if it is something else you can block the IP address using your control panel.

where in the admin screen do i block the IP address ?

I'm sorry, you can not do it from the Zen Cart Admin, you need to use your hosting Control Panel or .htaccess
