Problem sending welcome email,help!

I don't know what to do:mellow:
I created an imaginary client to see if welcom email worked, and I get error messages with all kind of email settings except with PHP option. With PHP option sent it's OK but email doesn't arrive.

I am hosted in Zobyhost, a free server(linux I think).
Now I have set php method.Emails are sent but don't received.:(

I signed up and did not immediately receive the welcome mail, But did receive it after about 15 minutes
So it appears to be working

It's a bit estrange I did not received...I will try again,do you know why I didn't received it? Maybe because of the IP?:unsure:
