How do you move categories?

I have a TV category and a home audio category. I wish I would have thought ahead, but I would like these both to be under a home theatre category. How can I move a product category under another category?

Also I have a Camera category, but now want to add diff types of cameras and each needs its own category under cameras. How can I add a category once products are already in a category?

There should be a move icon to the far left of the category listing (purple circle with an M in it).

As you know, you can't create sub-categories if you already have products in that category. Create a category for those products and move all the products into it (again, there'll be a purple circle with an M in it among the icons at the far right). Once the products are moved, move the category into the original category.

You already have Home Audio and Televisions on the same level. Say you have stereos as products under Home Audio. Create a Stereos product on the same level with Home Audio and Televisions. Move all the stereos from Home Audio to Stereos. Then move Stereos and Televisions to Home Audio.
