Specials Page blank in foreign languages

I apparently messed something up while "improving":( my site. None of the specials appear except in my English language. Any suggestions other than don't make any more improvements?

PS- I've used the "debug_error_logging_utility" on both the admin & includes side with no luck. No error is detected/logged!

Never found the erro(s), ended up deleting kanguage by language to no avail.Deleted all & reloaded. That worked!
