integrate/map new Mysql database with existing zencart database

Hi
I need some guidance, i have zencart database filled with products manufacturer codes, manufacturer names, prices and stock.

I have created another database containing product manufacturing codes, manufacturer names, products detail descriptions and attributes.

I want to intergrate/map both datasets so that end result can be a fully detailed richtext products presentation for end user.

How do i map both datasets?
