Attribute Quantities???

Hi,

I have a product which is a fishing lure. This lure, like most other lures, comes in many different colors, let's say I have three colors to sell: Pink, Chartreuse and Red-Head. Okay, I set up an option named color and added attributes, so now my lure displays all the three colors to select from - so far so good. Problem is I have a stock of say 3 pink, 4 chartreuse and 5 red-head lures. When a customer selects 2 pink lures, how does the quantity get updated as there seems to be no such option; my lures are 12 ea in stock; they will get reduced by 2 and total will reduce to 10. If another customer orders 2 more in pink color, the system will record the transaction as valid but I will have only 1 pink lure left in my inventory. Surely there must be a way to handle this I am not aware of.
