Availability of within-site Payment Module in Taiwan?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know any payment module add-ons that accepts credit/debit cards within the site, and can run in Taiwan?

PayPal website payment pro is not available in Taiwan as of Oct 2009. :frusty: :bangin:
