Real-time Approvals on Credit Cards?

Does the authorizenet or other module provide real-time cc authorization when the customer keys in their cc number?

I am getting too many sales to manually do them...

If you are processing manually now, check with your provider to find out which real-time gateway they can use.

AuthorizeNet, FirstData and PayPal Pro are all built in, but there are dozens of other gateways available in the addons section.
