(Premier vs Business Account) vs broken gateway?
so I'm going thru this checklist

trying to find out why my paypal isn't working. My sister can place an order (http://shop.gtaskibus.com) for my virtual item and the store does deduct an item from my stock but there's no money transfer.
Currently I'm wondering if it's my paypal account status.

currently as you can see i'm Verified and Premier.
My question is why is money not transferring. Could it be because I'm not business? I guess more directly the FAQ says > Is your PayPal™ account a "Business" account? (Business is preferred. Premier can be used in some cases. Personal cannot.)so when can I use Premier?
